Prayer for today

Father, today I pray for help in our battle against pride which centers our lives on us, destroying our relationship with You God.

Save us from the pride of thinking too highly of ourselves and of thinking too little of ourselves. Both forms of pride center on us and not You.

Guide us from self-esteem to God-esteem which helps us find our value in You as seen in John 3:16! In Jesus name
