Today is the Return. It is a true Grace relations moment as Christians of all hues, denominations and ethnics gather in Washington DC to call America to Return to God. At a time when homes and businesses are being looted and burned and even more of the darker hue are dying at the hands of rioters than by police this is the hope God can and will heal hearts and communities if we only call upon God. I who have been twice lost and once found can pray for the hearts of those controlled by fear, anger, hatred and violence. God strike at the foundation by toppling fear by love and hope. Touch each heart for only then can there be a lasting return and redemption.

December 17 “ to a virgin betrothed to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David. The virgin’s name was Mary.” (Luke 1:27 NKJV) There is so much here. Mary as a virgin was engaged to “ Joseph of the house of David.” Mary’s name is almost added as an afterthought. Both Mary and Joseph honored God by facing death to obey. Jesus would also honor the Father in the same way. Your prayer Give God thanks for what you have. Praise God for who He is. Ask for God to use you today.
