Light

Light shines calling us to look up

calling us to see the God of creation


but the darkness of the fall blinds

smoke and fury of battle blinds


selfish desires focus our eyes down

desires blinding us to the Light


the darkness of death surrounds us

fear of death kills our hope of life


is a ray of Light breaking through

run to Light and away from death


Jesus is Light over the darkness

Jesus is Life overthrowing death


Light shines calling us to look up

calling us to see the God of Creation
