God, we come to You today for You alone are our hope and help. Without You we are but prey for the evil one and those who are evil.

God, we beg You to forgive our many sins which allow the defenseless and weak suffer, children be used and killed and bringing confusion and darkness to Your Creation. Forgive us for not remembering we are created by You in Your image and are our King and owner. Forgive us for continuing our first sin of rewriting Your word and seeking to be our own god. Forgive us from not sharing of the bounty You have provided for us with those in need. FORGIVE US GOD!!!

God, our ‘princes’ will fail us and even use this time to enslave us more. Only You will use this time to set us free and strengthen us as we go through this dark time.

God, break our hard hearts and give us hearts of flesh to love even to the point of being broken as Your heart was broken because of Your love for us.

God, open our ears to hear the cries of those who in despair have no hope, in fear have no love, by the lies of others do not see You are the Truth!

God, open our eyes to see beyond our problems to see the desperate need others have. Help us see the pain and suffering of those who go through horrific times without You to help and defend them.

God, teach us to pray!!!
