Psalm 102:16 For the LORD shall build up Zion; He shall appear in His glory.


Zion means parched place and is used for Jerusalem.


Why is the word for parched place used for Jerusalem?




How will the Lord build up Zion?




What does God appearing in His glory have to do with building up Zion?
