Darkness overshadows our world

We stumble about in our darkness


A spark of Light comes to earth

The true Light of Creation


God's only begotten Son is born

From near and far people come


Some guided by dim light of star

Others by angels singing with joy


The Light come into our darkness

The Light overcomes our darkness
