You can't murder good

They should have learned

The murder of Jesus shows

Murder gave Christ's blood

His blood made people whole

The Church bled and died

“The blood of the martyrs

are the seed of the Church”

Everyday Christians die

Their shed blood sowing seeds

They are tortured, killed

Children stolen from them

Women and children raped

Imprisoned and enslaved

They suffer for God and hope

So others can have that hope

Eternal hope from God's blood

Eternal hope with their blood

Pray for the martyrs today

Pray for them everyday

They are not only far away

Maybe will be me some day

Maybe will be you some day
