At the end of the year I find it helpful to look back through the year and see the areas I have grown, the areas I need to grow and make plans to grow in those areas of need.

This is not a time to beat yourself up (like humiliation) but a time to honestly evaluate who you are (humility).

I encourage you to spend some time with God and see His blessings over the last year to encourage you for the coming year!!!
