How can a shadow weigh so much

Shadows seem almost weightless

Their burden is beyond measure

The pain rips my body and soul

I screamed and nobody heard

I cried and no tears would fall

The shadows cut off the Light

They cut me off from the Light

Not dark but not light either

How can a shadow weigh so much
