April 30

““I do not speak concerning all of you. I know whom I have chosen; but that the Scripture may be fulfilled, ‘He who eats bread with Me has lifted up his heel against Me.’” (John 13:18 NKJV)

Having someone betray you hurts but having someone betray you who eats with you and shares your life for years must be painful beyond imagination. Yet if we are honest we continue to betray Jesus even after walking with Him for years. The difference is if we cry out to God for forgiveness and not give up to despair.


Your prayer

Give God thanks for what you have.

Praise God for who He is.

Ask for God to use you today.
