January 20

“Jesus saw Nathanael coming toward Him, and said of him, “Behold, an Israelite indeed, in whom is no deceit!”” (John 1:47 NKJV)

God knows not only who we are but who can be. To Nathaniel's doubt Jesus responds by not declaring who He is but declaring who Nathanael is. If we are honest we are a mystery to all – except God!

Praise God for who He is.
