“The floods have lifted up, O LORD, The floods have lifted up their voice; The floods lift up their waves.” (Psalm 93:3 NKJV)
      We fear floods but they lift their voice to God! God created the seas and set their limits. The floods are the result of our sin but God is great enough to use their limited power!
