“Look unto Abraham your father, and unto Sarah that bare you: for I called him alone, and blessed him, and increased him.” (Isaiah 51:2 AV)

      We are part of a lineage of God’s people who are our father’s and mother’s in the faith. For the Jews Abraham was the father of God’s people and Sarah the mother. Yet the Jews often called Moses their father.
