11/7/2021 “And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.” 1 Corinthians 13:13 NKJV

Faith and hope are incredibly powerful to prepare us for God’s redemptive grace. They are essential for anyone to be born again and be a new creation and creature. But faith and hope are temporary and will only last until we come before God and hope will be fulfilled and faith become sight! But the Love of God was before time during time and will be after there is a new heaven and a new earth!!!

This is an entry from my Hope Journal which helps me have hope, beyond hope and from my Grace Journal.

THE WORD

How can I speak without a word

Or communicate without a word

There is no thought without a word

There is no dream without a word

God expresses Himself as Word

Through a termed written Word

But also a glorious living Word

God expresses through His Word

I am called to devour the written word

Like honey and wafers the written word

I am called to eat the living word

In the bread and wine the living Word

It touches my heart does God’s Word

Always calling out to me God’s Word

My mind renewed by the written Word

My soul born anew by the Living Word

This is an entry from my Hope Journal which helps me have hope, beyond hope. It is from my Heart Talks 2006.

11/4/2021 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 1 Peter 1:3

It is possible to have hope without being a Christian but any true hope must come from God. For non-Christians hope is found in the order and reality of Creation which comes from the Creator. But Christians have the possibility of a living hope founded in the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. All hope for an abundant and eternal life is revealed in the power over death Jesus Christ is the first fruit of!!!

This is an entry from my Hope Journal which helps me have hope, beyond hope.

1 Peter 1:3 is a revelation of the mercy of God seen in offering the hope of the resurrection. The grace of God offers us a new birth into a new life. May we through God’s grace offer to others the hope of new living relations and relationships.

From my Grace Journal. It was suggested to start a Grace Journal as a reminder of our need not for agreement but grace to guide our relationships.

The Grand Pageant of Prayer

When I ask God for bread to eat

God created the seed with life

God created the earth to nourish

Rain was sent to encourage life

The sun raised the seed to fruit

Wisdom to farmers for harvest

Milling seeds to become flour

Chickens produce eggs to mix

Cows produce needed milk

Bakers who combine dough

God gifted me for work to earn

Money to buy bread I need

God turns bread for life

And makes it become for me

Bread becomes Bread of Life

For in Town of Bethlehem

Which means House of Bread

The Bread of Life was born

All this God brought to be

To answer my hearts prayer

Because I asked God for bread

11/2/2021 When a bad day comes remind yourself this is when hope is not only needed but when hope is at its best!

This is an entry from my Hope Journal which helps me have hope, beyond hope.

Grace holds us together with God and others. Even with our enemies. No family or society can happen without grace.

From my Grace Journal. It was suggested to start a Grace Journal as a reminder of our need not for agreement but grace to guide our relationships.

11/1/2021 November first is All Saint’s Day in the Christian Year and it is time to celebrate those in Jesus Christ who are now completely alive in Jesus Christ. It is a time to remember those who have passed through death which is but a shadow through Jesus who is Light and Life! It is a reminder we live in a hope which will one day become sight!!!

This is an entry from my Hope Journal which helps me have hope, beyond hope.

We are not saint’s because we are good enough to be but we are are saints if by faith we receive God ‘s grace and are made saint’s through Jesus.
